Sacramento Crew!!!!

21-15-9 Reps (for time)


Front Squat (95 lbs)
Lateral Lunges (to the left)
Push Press (95 lbs)
Backward Lunges (30 lb dumbbells)
Pullups
Lateral Lunges (to the right)

Modifications:

Front squat- Lighter weight
Push Press- Lighter weight
Backward Lunges- Complete Air Squats instead
Pullups mod- either jumping pullups or Sumo-High Pull Deadlift
